LAKE FOREST, CA
Lake Forest, California a fairly large city called ‘hell under water’. Found by the gold miners, when they traveled down south when the north gave off less gold. That’s where Lake forest came into play, it was a quiet and serene forest where they stayed at for the longest time. When the ages came into play, the forests where chopped down and homes were made. But that year in 1941, a huge storm took over southern California and flooded most of lake forest. And what it used to be. No one bothered to see that ghost town of Lake Forest, all the cabins broken down. A huge lake now where many crops grew. It was a frightful scene, to wonder how many lived here. But that was all to change when in 1963 a young man, called Andrew Douglous bought Lake forest and changed the broken down city into a millionaire’s dream.
By the time it was the late 1990’s over 500,000 people lived there. There was only one school, El Torro High and then some elementary schools. But when the board of education decided another school wouldn’t hurt. So they built Lake Forest Academy. It was a great success. And by the time it was 2005 Lake Forest was home to around 3 million people and students. But when those students graduated high school, where did they go? They left lake forest, and that didn’t asure the mayor. She he sent out a request for a school built in the deserted parts of Irvine. And a year later, in 2006. University of Southern California was opened and had lots of students already enrolled. Ensuring the many citizens to be living there.
Now lake forest is home to millions of people and were looking for more, more to make lake forest a more happier environment. Even though those rich teens and their parents may show up and crash a party. The geeks will move into the apartments to be able to learn at america’s highest ranked university.
